Restart the game first. If it is still missing, open Settings → Restore purchases in the game. Still nothing? Email us the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through your Google Play order history. We cannot refund purchases directly.
Can I remove ads?
Yes. Each game offers a one-time "No Ads" purchase that removes forced ads. Optional reward ads (that you choose to watch) stay available.
How do I delete my data?
Your progress lives on your device and, on Apple devices, in your own iCloud. Settings → Reset progress in the game deletes both copies, and uninstalling deletes the copy on the device. To ask us and our partners (ads, statistics, purchases) to delete data linked to your device, email us with the subject "Data deletion" and see our Privacy Policy.
How do I move my progress to a new phone or tablet?
iPhone, iPad and Mac: sign in with the same Apple ID and keep iCloud on. When you open the game on the new device, it offers to load your iCloud progress. Android: your progress comes back with your Google backup when you set up the new phone from it. Moving progress between iPhone and Android is not possible yet.
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Puffwick Studios SRL, [registered address], Republic of Moldova, company ID [IDNO] ("we", "us") publishes the mobile games listed on this website and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@puffwickstudio.com.
2. What data our games use
Our games do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location, and have no user accounts. Your game progress is stored on your device. On Apple devices it is also stored in your own iCloud account so it can follow you to your iPad or Mac; that copy is kept by Apple and we cannot see it. On Android it can be included in your device's Google backup. Through the partners in section 3 we and they process:
- Identifiers: an app installation ID used for statistics and crash reports, an anonymous purchase ID, and for ads the Google Advertising ID on Android or, on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking (plus the IDFV).
- Technical data: device model, operating system, language, approximate country or region (worked out from your IP address), app version.
- Gameplay events: when you play, tutorial steps, stations and chargers unlocked, ads watched, shop visits and purchases.
- Crash and error reports: what the app was doing when it failed, device state and the app version.
- Purchase records: the item bought, its price and the store transaction ID. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.
Our statistics (Firebase Analytics) do not use your advertising ID and are not used for advertising.

4. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To run the game, fix crashes and deliver purchases: performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest.
- To improve the games with statistics: our legitimate interest.
- Personalised ads: your consent, asked when you first open the game. Without consent you see non-personalised ads.
5. Your choices
- Change your ad consent at any time: game Settings → Privacy choices (shown where the law requires it, for example in the EU and UK).
- On iOS, allow or refuse tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- On Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
- Delete local data by uninstalling the game.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to its use, under the data protection law of the Republic of Moldova and, if you are in the EU/EEA or UK, the GDPR. Write to support@puffwickstudio.com with the subject "Privacy". We forward deletion requests to our partners in section 3. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
7. Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (16 in some EU countries). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used our games and data was collected, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Retention and transfers
Statistics are kept for 14 months and crash reports for about 90 days. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Our partners may process data outside Moldova and the EU, under their own safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top.
Terms of Use & Copyright
1. The games
By downloading or playing a Puffwick game you agree to these terms and to the terms of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded it from. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for non-commercial purposes.
2. Virtual items
In-game currency (such as cash and Bolts), boosts and cosmetic items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not refundable except where the law or the store's policy requires. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google.
3. Fair play
Do not cheat, modify the game, or use bugs to gain an advantage. We may fix progress or currency obtained this way.
4. Ads
Our games show ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.
5. Liability
The games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
6. Copyright and trademarks

You may share screenshots and videos of our games; you may not copy, resell or redistribute the games or their assets.
7. Open-source software
Our games use open-source components under their licences: three.js (MIT licence), the Fredoka typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Capacitor (MIT licence).
